How long will my repair/service take?

We repair most faults within 2-3 days, we also offer a 24 hour priority service (subject to availability of parts if needed). If we need to order parts then we can normally get these next day delivery. We realise how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

How much will my repair cost me?

We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first we charge £30 labour which is waived if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.

Can a technician visit my home or office?

Yes, let us know about your needs upfront and we will schedule a technician to come to you home or office. Our onsite service is very popular among our business clients who can count on us for all their needs.

Will you make sure my data is not lost?

Yes, our priority will always be to keep the integrity of all you device data. When there is a risk that you might lose your data because of the repair, we will let you know and suggest better solution.

What if you can not repair my device?

In the rare case where Reda Solutions can’t repair your device or if the repair will cost you more than the device value, we will inform you beforehand. We want you to be able to make the right choice with regard to the repair of your device.

Can you recover data from my hard drive?

Absolutely, we can retrieve your data and transfer it for you if your device is a complete loss. In some cases, Reda Solutions will refer you to one of our specialized in Data Recovery Partners for a deeper retrieval.

Is it worth it to repair my device?

Yes, in the majority of cases. Because we want you to have the best value for your invested money, Reda Solutions will let you know upfront if the cost of the repair will be more than the device value.
